Candidate profiles will not be submitted to a client or hiring organisation without prior authorization from the candidate.

Retention
Biotech Advice AG retains personal data only for as long as necessary for legitimate business, contractual, legal and regulatory purposes.
Stakeholders
Candidates
- Recruitment applications, interview notes and candidate profiles not retained within the Talent Pool are generally deleted 6 months after completion of the recruitment process.
- Candidate profiles retained within the Talent Pool with consent may be retained for up to 24 months following the last meaningful contact.
Clients, Suppliers and Business Partners
Business records, contractual documentation and related communications are retained for periods necessary to fulfil contractual, legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations.
